Steps#

1. Download FormatUsb#

Download FortmatUsb from Github by clicking the link above. You don’t have to install it cuz it’s a portable app.

2. Plug in your corrupted flashdrive#

Just in case you’re forget about it.

3. Open FormatUsb and select your corrupted flashdrive#

Go to directory where you downloaded FormatUsb, and open the executable, it will detect your flashdrive automatically.

4. Proceed to formatting#

Click “Start” to proceed to formatting.

5. Wait for the process to finish#

Wait for the process to finish. It may take a while depending on the size of your flashdrive. The process will be done when the status bar is full with green color.

6. Eject the flashdrive#

Eject the flashdrive to remove it from your computer.
